About Michael O'rourke
Michael O’Rourke - screenwriter and script editor. Michael graduated from the London International Film School in 1981, with a distinction for the direction of his screenplay, A Visitor In The Piano Warehouse. Michael has been a full-time writer and script editor since returning to Australia, with more than a 100 hours of television to his name (Going Home, Neighbours). One of his feature screenplays has also been produced (Holy Tequila). He is a passionate campaigner for screen culture through his involvement with the Federation of NSW and Associated Film Societies, and the Workshop Film Group
